The Civic Trust Award is given to recognize significant physical improvement to existing properties as well as new construction within Palmer Township.
Tendercare Pediatrics is located at 3330 Nazareth Road. The site was formerly Russamano Chiropractic and was purchased by Dr. Lisa Caso and her husband Frank Guinther in June of 2007. The entire building needed refurbishing and they completely gutted it down to the outside walls. Much of the hard work and clean up was done by Dr. Caso, her husband and their children.
With the assistance of an architect, Dr. Caso redesigned the building to fit the needs of a growing pediatric office. She selected everything from paint colors to tile, and decorated each patient room in different childhood themes.
The roof was replaced and the outside was completely updated.
