Civic Trust Award

The Oieni Center is another Civic Trust Award winner.  Frank Oieni purchased 601 Stones Crossing in 1988 and made some improvements on the building.  This past year, Frank has made significant enhancements on both the interior and exterior.  Inside there is office space for a law firm, an abstract company, a real estate office and his office, Oieni Construction Company.  There was a new heating and air conditioning system installed. Where there was an open warehouse in the past, there is now a private entrance and additional offices which houses a new business called Santisi Imports LLC, and an available office space.

Outside, there is a welcoming new façade with warm colors, new signage and landscaping.
 
Frank Oieni established Oieni Construction Company in 1970 and builds homes in Palmer Township, Forks Township and Bethlehem Township. Franks reputation of pride in workmanship and quality of construction are shown in his office building.
